As you prepare for Kids Camp in '09 you may have some special requests.  Please email me now to see if we can accommodate your special requests.   Email Curt

Camp Checklist for all Camp Coordinators & Children's Leaders: 

  1. Choose your week
  2. Mail your $25 per camper (church registration) in As Soon As Possible (Feb-April)
  3. Mail your Staff Apps in Early to Get desired Positions (Feb-April)
  4. Mail your Camper Registration Forms 3 weeks prior to your camp (to avoid late fees) Notice: Each camper and staff must sign that they have read and will follow the rules and dress code.  Make a copy of the info sheet below for each person. 
  5. Mail your payment in full (remaining costs) to avoid registration lines (May-early June)
  6. Call to add walk-ons to our housing lists (if room). 
  7. ~Ask Uncle Curt a Question~

Costs for Southern Missouri Churches

Consider what you get for the $$$!

  5 Day  Camps:

$140 

  1. 11 meals @ $4 per meal = $44
  2. 4 nights lodging at $15 per night = $60
  3. Swimming, Lake activities, Games, & other activities at $12 per day = $36
  4. Music, Drama, illustrations, and guest speaker at $5 per day = $20
  5. Spiritual growth and God's presence

Cost for Non-A/G or Non-SOMO District Churches:

  • $165-Full Week Camps    

All Staff Applications must be submitted by June 2nd.
Camper Forms & PreRegistration Payment due 3 weeks prior to your camp. 

After the 3 week deadline, add $15 per camper.

No shows cost $15
